Service Agreement
By submitting content (including video footage and/or images) containing my likeness and using the Spark Tryouts website, I ("the Submitter") acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accept all of the following terms:
This release and waiver of liability releases SJPA Entertainment LLC, Officers, Employees and Volunteers. The Submitter desires to voluntarily engage in entertainment content operated by SJPA Entertainment LLC.
The Submitter understands that by submitting material (including any video footage and/or images) on the Spark Tryouts website, SJPA Entertainment LLC may take the material under consideration but is under no obligation to offer any form of contract or employment to the Submitter.
The Submitter represents that The Submitter has completed professional wrestling training. The Submitter understands that pro wrestling may include activities that may be hazardous including, but not limited to those activities commonly engaged in during pro wrestling events, involving an inherent risk of injury. The Submitter hereby expressly assumes the risk of injury or harm from these activities and release SJPA Entertainment LLC from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from pro wrestling or related activities.
The Submitter agrees to grant and convey to SJPA Entertainment LLC all right, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video footage, or audio recordings of the Submitter.
The Submitter agrees and understands that by paying a submission fee, all such fees will go toward the compensation of the judges and administration of the tryouts including the due consideration of submitted materials. Submission fees are not refundable once a submission has been completed.
The Submitter understands that Joshi Puroresu is understood by cultural tradition to involve the participation of wrestlers who identify as female, and that only wrestlers who identify as female and over the age of 18 years would be under consideration.
The Submitter expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by all applicable laws in the states of California, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Release shall remain in effect.
By opening an account on the Spark Tryouts website, the Submitter declares that he/she/they hereby understands and agrees to all of the terms of this agreement and waiver.
